The first version of the API is oriented for our Ticketing and Accreditation partners. It allows a partner to submit new ticket purchases / new accreditations done in their systems to Glownet in realtime.
Partners who set up such integration enable event guests to enjoy experiences like these:
Purchase a ticket through the event’s ticketing company and immediately login to the festival Customer Portal provided by Glownet to make a pre-event online topup and personalise the experience
Purchase a ticket through the event’s ticketing company on the day of the event and enter through the gates a few seconds later
Receive a guest list QR code that was just created by the festival manager for you in the festival's accreditation system and enter directly through the gates a few seconds later
Such integration benefits the promoter, the ticketing partner and Glownet as it
- reduces the workload and risk of human error while moving the ticketing data manually between the systems
- allows to never stop selling tickets during the event without the security risk of using predefined barcodes
